As you may know, we're pretty big Joshua James fans over here. So you can imagine my excitement to discover that he's finally posted a recording of his live staple 'Crash This Train' on his myspace.
It's unabashedly political, but full of heart, and set to a gospel traditional melody. Basically, it's fantastic. I still don't know anything about his rumored second album that's been floating around in musical purgatory - but if this song is any indication, I'm getting ready to fall in love all over again.
Here's a couple of other Joshua James tracks to tide you over as well, and be sure to see him play with RuRu at Velour on the 19th.

so, i like girl talk A LOT! great music, can't help but move to it.
james is okay, his folk is good. BUT you really need to check out Johnny Flynn. he's hot. he's south african for one, and his music is upbeat, original, fun, and quality.
